Trees are private by default. You can elect to make a tree public (future); otherwise your tree and its data remain private to your account. If you choose public visibility, some information may become accessible to others as configured in your tree settings (for example, living people can be masked as “Living” when you disable showing living details).

4) Hold Harmless

You agree to hold TreeAndFamily.com, its owners, and operators harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service and the content you submit.

5) No Warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeAndFamily.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
